I highly recommend taking one of Amy’s classes. From learning Reiki to becoming my Authentic Self, she has helped me to grow spiritually and gain confidence within myself and my abilities. She is one of the most intuitive, knowledgeable and supportive people that you will ever learn from. 😊
All the classes that Team You offer are very knowledgeable and I enjoy coming to them. Amelia is a wonderful teacher who takes the time to help you understand what you’re trying to learn. I’m looking forward to signing up for many other classes that Team You offers. I have grown spiritually over the years and look forward to getting deeper in my well being.
I’ve taken authentically you, reiki 1&2, and qabala and I LOVE THIS PLACE. Amelia is incredibly emotionally intelligent, spiritually aligned and fun! There’s always laughter and joy in learning with her. What a blessing
Very informative classes. I’ve had great experiences with Amy. Highly recommended.
Team you is By far the best way to reconnect your mind body and spirit, get out of your head and start living your purpose! I have attended several of the class offerings/groups and each of then has its own unique benefits!
I highly recommend taking any of Amy’s classes. I have taken many of her Team You classes. Once you take one, you can’t wait for the next one! She is extremely encouraging and supportive along the way on your own personal journey. I have found balance in my life, gained a deeper understanding of my own spiritual path and have met a wonderful group of caring & nurturing people. I look forward to what lies ahead on my journey because of her and Team You!
Every class with Amelia and Team You has been amazing! They have helped me level up and have a deeper understanding of my spiritual journey. I am more balanced, and find peace much faster now. Highly recommended! ☯️
